You're the one accusing others of being religious, but you're just raging against the machine and using Fauci as the stand-in bad guy. It's not about him. On one side there are people who study this shit for a living, on the other are people who don't. The former group isn't perfect and they make bad choices sometimes. I don't know the answer to that, and I suspect you don't either. Experimenting with dangerous things is what people do. If a lab fucks up, that's Fauci's fault? I guess it would depend on many factors.

It's not about Fauci, though. You've been arguing for a long time against the advice of people who study this stuff. Fauci is just one person. I'm just really bored about this whole thing. My lifestyle hasn't changed much. I still get to work from home. Everything is pretty normal out there except for the weirdos in masks. I got vaxxed (and got the best sleep of my life after the shots.) Who cares?
