Surprising update: dropped a second massive load around 8 and still feel great.

20 minute drip feed poop this morning almost made me late for work. Had to pinch it off. Clocked in 8:00 on the dot.

Regularly scheduled poop within 30 minutes of awaking today. Gravity at work.

Once upon a morning dreary, while I sat there weak and weary,
Staring at the toilet's peeling paint, hoping for a poop to be delivered straight.
But my insides churned and churned,
A foreboding feeling began to burn.

Hour upon hour, the poop would not be gone,
Like a demon it lingered, a presence that would not move on.
The drops of poop fell in a sickening rhythm,
Like the ticking of some malevolent clock's pendulum.

As the day wore on, I grew weak and pale,
Fearful that I would never prevail.
But finally, after what felt like days,
The poop came out in a sickening blaze.

I shuddered with relief as I stepped into the shower,
But the feeling of dread stayed with me, hour after hour.
For the smell of poop still lingered in the air,
A haunting reminder of my morning's despair.

And now, whenever I sit upon the toilet's throne,
I can feel the ghostly presence of that poop, a memory never to be gone.
For I know that in the darkness of the morning's chill,
The poop still haunts me, with a terrible, foreboding will.

i've got one brewing, but i'm currently living in my own fart factory, and it's awful.

If you don't go overboard on a random cheat day you should be ok but if you make it a habit you are going to fall back into bad bathroom poops.

It can take days to come out of a bad poop coma
