Given to Fly is in the trailer for the Gleason documentary. Saw it yesterday before the movie my wife and I were seeing. I cried like a giant asshole at that trailer. Christ.

What in the actual fuck was Cameron Crowe thinking with that video? Footage of the band playing behind... the same footage of the band? It's so distracting and terrible looking on so many levels, you'd think a complete novice put it together.

I can't listen right now (because I don't want to); can someone remind me if the track on the music video is a live performance or just the studio version?

I don't understand why Cameron Crowe is revered as some great director. So completely overrated.

His films are terrible.

I realise this is not his fault but he also has a hugely annoying face.

His use of given to fly in the first episode of roadies is amazing.
