Stream appears to be a compilation from the 3 nights in Dublin. They’ve shown every Kid A song except...Kid A, and thrown in Paranoid Android & Just. Pretty great even if it’s not a full show. This can be viewed any time at the Radiohead Public Library.

I actually know several folks who were at that show, including one of my best friends and I didn't know he was there because he was away at school at the time! It seems like us east coasters all flocked to Ohio that day because it was impossible to get tickets to see them anywhere else. Glad I did because it was one of the best concerts I ever attended.

I was actually living in KC at the time. So it wasn't as crazy of a trip. But me and three friends flew to Ohio. Went to the show and flew back very early the next morning after spending the night at a Denny's because we couldn't afford a hotel and the airport wasn't open yet. It was all less than 24 hours and it's one of the best memories of my life.

Amazing thing about these lads is that even when they got lost up their electronic assholes, they kept the drummer.

That Dublin montage of live songs is striking in the sense that it was shot 20 years ago, and that at the time the band was only 5 years removed from Thom’s bleached-blonde hair and playing songs from The Bends like High and Dry and Sulk and others from Pablo Honey like Anyone Can Play Guitar and Ripcord, songs that we’ll probably never hear live anymore.

I didn’t know that the Dublin shows that footage is from, kid a had only been released a few days before. That’s really impressive.

They'd been on the road since June though. Lots of great shows in that era.

Check out 9/16/00 Nijmegen. Probably one of my favorites in general.

My show got rescheduled from a Thursday to a Sunday! Win!

If I was an artist, I'd try to reschedule ASAP. All these tours of all these artists are going to be crammed into August - October. Who knows if they'll be competing with the NBA and NHL in August. I hope PJ reschedules soon.

I can easily imagine that only gatherings up to a certain size (50, 100, 250) will be permitted through the end of the year. Big enough to get bars and restaurants open but not large concerts or live audiences at sporting matches.

yeah, i can't imagine a concert of significant size – and certainly sporting events with an audience – will be happening in 2020.
