I laughed so hard!
I've been killing it lately. All this hysteria is really bringing out the best in me as a poster.

I like trag’s idea. Charge to stream it from the site, donate the proceeds to charity.
Or...or...just put the damn thing out now.

I could see if it's a month away but we're less than two weeks out. Nobody wants the follow up to BS and LB that bad.

I don’t know. Seems there are a few folks here - myself included - who think this will be much better than the last two, and are eager to hear the gigatron.

Based on the reviews I do think it will be better than the last two and I like DOTC better than anything on the last three records. SBWM really bummed me out though. A better second single and I'd be very optimistic.

DOTC is definitely better than SBWM, but I do like them both; I don't mind some average tracks, every PJ album has one or two; it would just be really nice to have an album with nothing to skip

Going out in public unless otherwise necessary, is not okay right now.
You would need a crew, you would need to drive, travel, fly, equipment, sound, whatever else.
It is not okay. Its not just about a crowd showing up, its everything it would entail. Its not okay right now.
Ed could go on IG live and play All The Way for Cubs fans. Can you imagine the hurt a PJ/Cubs fan is feeling right now?!
Ha, this really made me laugh, even though I know it's verb's schtick to make jabs at the whole weird Cubs allegiance.

i don't like SBWM near as much as DOTC. I haven't listened to it as much, but it's a fun, quirky track. I'll be interested to see how it sits in the context of the album. If the reviews are accurate, the opening track "Who Ever Said" is a bit of a monster and very interesting. Then two tracks later is DOTC, and we all know it's something totally new for PJ. Maybe SBWM is the breather that's needed between those two?

That's it! They finally created the live experience of a pee break on an album!!

you know we'd all fall in love with them again if they named a song "Pee Break"

Every album has the SBWM type tracks. This one has its issues but I like it. Has a Pearl Jam vibe to it that’s missing on the previous two albums.

It sounds Riot Act—ish to me
Edit : riot act, self titled hybrid

I always liked the last three run to end Riot Act. Half Full, ARC and All or None.
Also, No code is not Pearl Jam's Kid A record,
Kid A is Radiohead's No Code record.

I think SBWM has a lot of backspacer in it.
It’s like if you made a mix of the best bits out of the opening 4 songs from backspacer you’d get SBWM

So guys, and gals. I have a hot scoop.
So I got to listen to Gigaton, while my friend who is a critic for an important music place, let me listen along.
She could only share it with me through her phone, which was an old school Nokia, but I got the jist of the album.
What made it more difficult was we could only listen to the album while submerged in a swimming pool.
But she really wanted my opinion, knowing that I was a Pearl Jam fan, and she was incapable of writing a review, because she has never heard a Pearl Jam song. And is really into classical Haitian Jazz Punk.
So while we were submerged, we listened to the entire album through her Nokia phone, underwater, over the course of 57 minutes. And it was shit I tell you. DOTC is still pretty great. But what I heard in those other moments while she was talking to me about her creepy babysitter was total garbage.
Just wait until you hear it. I will be justified in hating this thing
