I went swimming today for the first time in years. Swam just over a km - I am so sore now.

My biggest issue is my mind hasn't caught up with my age. I remember at primary school winning most of the swimming competitions, and completely forget about being humbled when I hit high school and was pretty much consistently coming last. I still think I should be able to hit a pool and just keep going with ease

The school have issued a statement and an apology saying those involved will be punished.
There’s a weird battle out there people saying this is a fake story. The video is right there.
