I would love to see all the extra footage that Pellington, Clinch, Crowe, et al have laying around. I'd be most interested in their writing process and interaction, which, after all these years and interviews, is still shrouded in mystery for me.
I mean, wouldn't it be great to see them argue and hash out arrangements for No Code or Binaural? Would kill for something akin to the access that Springsteen gave Thom Zimny on Wings for Wheels and The Promise.
I agree with all of this.

Yes, I would love to see/hear more about their creative process.

ed and stone kinda got into it over the wishlist solo in SVT, but i guess that was more figuring out the live setting.

Oh, yeah. Some real creative insight in that sequence. Filled to burst with such takeaways as "(ebows are) just such the sound."

Yeah, this backs up my point. They're only willing to give away an oblique reference about a fucking e-bow and then we have to fill in the blanks of their creative process based off of that.
I'd much rather see them discuss recording technique with Tchad Blake (or, at the very least, asking him what's with the "T" in front of "Chad"). Or what was the argument like that led to "Sad" not being included on Binaural? Or how did "Eddie as leader" manifest itself during the Vitalogy recording sessions.

I think a lot of the evolution of the band stemmed from Eddie opening up to and trusting Brendan O'Brien.

It's sad that 12 hours can go by without really commenting on that. It's the state of things.
Looking forward to The Fixer with Lance Armstrong.

y'know, I don't remember seeing the salute in any version of the video I'd ever watched.
