Our oldest just started trying things in the past 5 years or so. She’s almost 23.

That’s not happening.

we drop our oldest off at college/university in just over 2 weeks for his first year. the wife is already a basket case. this may not end well for any of us.

I hope he’s better at packing than our oldest. We move her on Saturday and she’s not even started yet.

I had a the realization my 9 year old only has 9 years left of living in our house. You guys are killing me with these kids going off to college!

Hug them tight and then watch them thrive.

My kids have been out of town all weeks staying with their grandparents. Weeknights feel like an eternity (in a good way)!

One of my kids has completely forgotten how to flush the toilet

We took our daughter to a Cartier exhibition yesterday. She’s been uninterested in getting her ears pierced, then she saw some dangly diamond covered earrings owned by a princess behind glass and now we have a piercing appt for 1:30 today.

Toilets only need to be flushed once a day or two.

Seriously though one of my kids for a while was refusing to put the seat down when they SAT on the toilet. Some phases are weird.

It's not even October and I'm almost burnt out by the sheer number of activities.
