So there is a regional grocery chain here that is known for making their own sausage and brats daily. They usually have about ten different varieties. Tonight I had a Vampire Hunter (garlic and fennel) and one made with Foothills brewing IPA. Top them off with that mustard mecca sent me, and a Nooner pilsner, it's a good night team.

that vampire hunter sounds good...big fan of anything fennel....I'm making ribeye tonight..first steak in probably a month

And yeah, the vampire hunter was delicious. The store name is Lowes Foods for anyone in the southeast
