I had a very unsatisfying sandwich from Whole Foods today. Went there to get a burger, and that station is closed. I was already there and didn’t want to drive somewhere else.

Loco moco is by far my favorite dish that I had when we visited Hawaii. You’d think all those ingredients together would be gross, but all together it’s just heaven.

That sounds like it would go nicely with a coffee

Making some chicken wings. Baking them in the oven now seasoned with salt and pepper and garlic powder, will put them under the broiler for a few minutes at the end with the sauce.

The sauce is going to be the juice of a fresh squeezed orange, some bravado blueberry ghost pepper sauce, and butter, all simmered together in a saucepan.

I'm using the orange because I don't have any honey and I wanted to cut it with something sweet.

I've had a hankering for good chicken wings for a few weeks now, and I've stopped getting take out from the bars around here because every time I walk into one to get my food it's just a sea of unmasked people drinking and eating together.
