We just need the NFL to get to the ideal overtime for all of football: each team gets the ball at least once regardless of what's scored. Then you'll see teams regularly choose to kick off all the time.

If the Cards pass rush can be half as good as it was last night, they are gonna be hard to beat in the playoffs.

Brady actually mentioned this year's Denver game, in which they went three and out in OT after getting the ball first and gave the Broncos a short field.

true, but as in all sports, when you have the record that Bellichek has, you are allowed some leeway. If Rex Ryan had 4 super bowl titles and did it, he wouldn't be crucified.

If the Broncos lose tonight, it could be them--in Arrowhead.
If that doesn't happen it's definitely the Texans, as KC holds the tiebreaker over both PIT and NYJ. That could be good for the Chiefs, considering that they tore the Texans a new one to start the season.

It's similar to college in that regard: you want to know what the opponent has done first in knowing the best way to win the game:
--If you force a three-and-out, you likely just need a couple dozen yards for a FG attempt.
--If they score a FG, you can try to conservatively score a TD while knowing that a FG keeps you alive.
--If they score a TD, then you know you have to go balls out to do the same, even if it means going for it on 4th down.
