Currently on hold with the IRS because I paid our joint tax bill last night using my wife’s SSN. Apparently, since my SSN is listed as primary, the payment will essentially be “lost” until I speak to someone and have them link it to my SSN. This happened once before years ago, and they tried to put a lien on our house. Worst system ever.

The wife usually handles but she was traveling yesterday and it was the deadline to pay. I was trying to be helpful, but husbands have a 50/50 success rate at best when doing that.

Woke up late, did a little yoga and its amazing how better i feel. I should do it every day.

Plans for today include the world cup and buying wine for Fathers Day tomorrow. And maybe watch a movie at night? not sure.

Picked up more garage shelving at the hardware store, so my organization boner will be full mast tomorrow when I have a chance to assemble it.

Went over to another dad’s place for the World Cup and kid play date. Huge house in a nice neighborhood, I think it may be generational wealth.

A wedding I was going to later this year (in OHIO) was just called off because the woman discovered the man had been cheating on her for basically the entire duration of their relationship; when confronted with this discovery one of the first defenses he offered was that it had been over a year since the last time he cheated

Maybe he decided to be monogamous.

So far, this vacation has been absolutely ZERO relaxation. Mrs Wease planned everything so now everyone is relying on her to take care of this and do that and check on the other. Which means I’m helping her. All fucking nine other people are constantly talking and now everyone is waiting on me and Mrs Wease to go down to the beach. Fuckers, you could’ve gone down while we were spending an hour in Walmart getting all your fucking shit you forgot to pack or decided you need now that we’re here.
