Uh huh.

Whitehouse has a good point about how the truth has a way of eventually coming out on these things. even if BK gets the vote he is not out of the woods.

i wonder if the GOP's dark money sponsors right now are engineering a believable 'accident' for sole eyewitness and would be co-defendant Mr. Judge

seems like Kavanaugh has assaulted other people too though so maybe Judge not as important

what is the statue of limitations on this stuff? is the 1998 one still in scope?

not my keynote issue but if I were on their side I would consider it a plus if he were found having relapsed and drank himself to death

maybe some prostitute meets him somewhere and causes him to relapse

again it's moot because BK demonstrated yesterday that he is subject to rape rage so odds of him having done something like this within the last 10 years or so seem higher imo than would have otherwise thought

They had to sideline the outside prosecutor they selected, because Kav almost immediately put her in the position of being professionally required to point out that he lied.
