Much like St. Vincent, They Mynabirds have yet to release a disappointing album or an album that I don't think is excellent. Unfortunately, one has to be in last place but that doesn't mean I don't LOVE it.

Like, Be Here Now is probably in last place for me. But I still listen to it all the time and it contains a few tracks that are in contention for top 10 Mynabirds songs ever (New Moon, Golden Age, Witch Wolf). It's a great record. The Mynabirds don't have an album that I'd grade below an A -.

That's fucking insane.

What a steal! It's worth 5 times as much!

I just can't talk enough about how much Laura's music has meant to me. Each of her albums is outstanding and I adore each and every one of them.

The Mynabirds dropped a fantastic cover of "Glory Box" (Portishead) yesterday.

Pete and I heard Laura play it live the last time we saw her in Brooklyn. I'm glad she recorded her version. It's always been one of my favorite make-out songs.

I'm pretty bummed that they got the Generals era band back together for a tour and are only doing the midwest.
