The term “nothing burger” has made several appearances on RM lately and that aptly describes yet another 10C newsletter this month. Blah.

So they are selling a poster and a shirt for a show from four years ago, but not the merch from the show, a new poster and a new shirt? Am I seeing this right? I mean I was at the show. WTF am I missing here?

I wouldn't find it so weird if they'd used the date from the actual show and not the date that they are streaming the video.

A poster for a streaming show? Jesus Christ what happened to this band?

Would it kill this band to do a free show?

Not asking for a live performance, but surely they've got something in the vaults they could put up for free.

I honestly don't think they're trying to make money. I think they're trying to throw business to nugs and poster artists and merch makers and record producers, etc. Those artists and small businesses are choking to death and Pearl Jam probably sees an opportunity to use their power to help.

That being said, I'm not paying $10-$15 for a live show that I can't rewatch after October. Give me a BluRay or something.

Agree 100%

Every time they do this dumb shit over the last 13 or so years, I often wonder “There’s no chance Ed knows about this right?”, and that was just based on what I perceive was his lack of knowledge of anything tech related. Now that he’s doing interviews on IG, I have to imagine the answer is yes and that he gives no fucks?

Also to compound how stupid this is, making it worse is that there are dopes buying it.

Whoever posted the PJ Bay thing on FB has opened a whole new world for me. It’s pretty funny how many people bought so much dumb shit especially from the Fenway and Wrigley gigs that they are trying to unload it now. I mean I knew stickers existed but man people collect a lot of stickers.

Stickers have gotten really shady. Everyone just makes their own and tosses them into the mix. I think Rob tries to shut that down or kick people out of 10C for it, but it's so rampant and such a minor offense, even he doesn't have the time or interest in keeping up with it.

I only casually follow the MERCH but when I see some of the stuff that is posted, I can pick up right away that it’s not official.

I’m mostly only interested in a few posters from shows I was at, especially the ones I took my kids to. I’m sure when they turn up they will go for $500 or something ridiculous.
