Haha holy shit. L.A. is imploding. No one is going to want to go there. Have a nice end of your career, LeBron. Maybe you can trade for slacker John Wall and get him out of Washingtonverb_to_trust wrote:LeBron must be truly insufferable for Magic to quit like this.
Yeah I was joking. I just want him out of Washingtonverb_to_trust wrote:Who is trading for Wall? Horrible contract, poor work ethic, coming off Achilles injury. He's done.
Yupverb_to_trust wrote:Hot take: Losing Magic makes the Lakers better as surely they will hire a guy who can actually do the job now.
He was going to bring in so many marque free agents!!!verb_to_trust wrote:Hiring Magic, who has a million other things going on, was always a stupid move.
Players don't care about guys like Magic anymore. Hell, even LeBron is having a hard time getting guys for Space Jam 2.Monkey_Driven wrote:He was going to bring in so many marque free agents!!!verb_to_trust wrote:Hiring Magic, who has a million other things going on, was always a stupid move.

More paid speaking engagements to "motivate and inspire" said communities.verb_to_trust wrote:How does Magic resigning help him "regain a stronger hold in the African American and Latino communities"? Wtf does that even mean?
Does Phil still bang Jeannie? I don't think there is any chance Phil gets another GM job. The Lakers would probably be much less of a mess if LeBron had never signed. It's pretty hilarious.4/5 wrote:Inb4 the Lakers hire the only person who cares less about that job than Magic...Phil Jackson. And he promptly trades LeBron and his posse and then spends the rest of his contract on a small island in the South Pacific.
I don't understand how you're putting this on LeBron. Magic thought this job would be easy and that guys would flock to LA and he'd get all the credit and still running around living his life. The job turned out to be tough and he sucked at it and didn't want that responsibility so he bounced.verb_to_trust wrote:Does Phil still bang Jeannie?
