I technically work from home, but I also rent out a hot desk at a shared office space that I use maybe twice a week, mostly for writing or light editing. Working from home every single day does make me a little crazy. I get along great with the people there, and in fact it's how I met my girlfriend

I guess it depends on the kinds of people you work around, and if you need a girlfriend/friends. I don't.

Not just that. Herd immunity. That’s the actual term. And involves letting the old infirm and vulnerable die out.

It doesn’t even work after they’re dead

I always thought herd immunity was getting as many people as possible vaccinated so that those that have legitimate reasons not to get a vaccine were safe(r).

In this instance it means letting people, ALL of them, build up a natural immunity through exposure.

Brits (the notable sensible ones) are losing their minds on twitter. Have a look for yourself

this thing is airborne, people

You know cleaning things....not touching everything you see...not putting your hands in your mouth like a baby is a good thing even if it isn't a defense against EVERYTHING.

Tree, not be a dick here, but you are wrong. Virus don’t stay in the air that long and It will make a significant difference in the rate of new infections allowing time for support and healthcare systems to adapt.

In the recent Joe Rogan podcast, I learned that yes, it generally helps, but if you're near someone with Coronavirus, it won't really help

Dime you are such an ass . you never give me the benefit of the doubt and always assume the worst with me. I admitted I shouldn't have said that and I probably misunderstood something I heard from an expert.

Again not giving me the benefit of the doubt. I wish I could find that thing that I heard from that Joe Rogan podcast but he was basically saying that washing your hands won't necessarily prevent you from getting this coronavirus if I heard it correctly. If I'm wrong I admit that I'm wrong. Of course it still helps to wash your hands in many many ways
