Edits for the header, stipSuperblood Wolfmoon
Superblood Wolfmoon, took her away too soon
Superblood Wolfmoon, took her away too soon
I can hear you, sing in the distance
I can see you when I close my eyes
Once you were somewhere, and now you're everywhere
I'm feeling selfish and I want what's right
I ask for forgiveness, I'm begging myself
feeling angry, now get off the stage
Right now I feel, a lack of innocence searching for reveal
hypnotonic resonance I feel
not much of anything, and the cause is life or death
A life of hopelessness, focus onfucks all your focusedness
I've been hoping that a hope does last
I don't know anything, I question everything
This life I love is going way too fast
Both my eyes are swollen
my face is broken
And I'm hopin that I hurt your
hopin that I hurt your
hopin that I hurt your fist
She was a stunner, and I am stunned
And the first thought or second thought was 'could be the one'
I was a prisoner, of keys and of cuffs
Yeah I was feeling fortunate to be locked up
But the world got to spinnin, always felt like it was ending
and love not withstanding we are each of us fucked
I'm in danger, feelin the distance
I can see you when I close my eyes
Once you were somewhere, and now you're everywhere
I'm feeling selfish and I want what's right
I ask for forgiveness, I'm begging myself
feelin angry now get off the stage

I’ve never felt this way about any song.PHATJ wrote:This song really benefits from reading the lyrics.
I’m about 50/50 on it. Maybe less.Birds in Hell wrote:I’ve never felt this way about any song.PHATJ wrote:This song really benefits from reading the lyrics.

I’m not sure how it’s happening, but what’s happening is that PJ has just released two fucking really good songs, and the new album has a feeling of limitlessness that hasn’t been around in close to 20 years. The album could still prove to be a disappointment, but not if these songs are a real indicator.guitar_davey wrote:PHATJ wrote:To clarify, I loved this song on the first 20 listens when I could barely make out half the lyrics, but I feel propelled even further with words in hand.
You we're right all along.
I really crin...er...winced when I first heard this tune. Now I'm wondering if it's not a 5. What is happening??!
