He would be great. Hiddleston might be ok, but I'd rather see him do other stuff.

I think it will be Elba, unless the Dark Tower series gets in the way.

What are your thoughts on Elba or Hiddleston as Bond?

Elba would be boss. I love that guy. In a world without Idris Elba (god forbid), I may have thought Hiddleston could have been an interesting pick.

Yeah, he should be able to do both. Unless they want him for the proposed TV series as well (which I don't think they do).

No one's sure at this point. The last I heard they were thinking about doing all the "flashback stuff" or "young Roland" stuff as a TV series.

Also, this Operation Avalanche thing... is it only cool because of the story behind it; how it got so illegally made? Or is the movie actually any good, do we think?

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Looks like they want Brie Larson for Captain Marvel.

I'm really starting to wear down on this superhero stuff but if they want to cast Brie Larson? Yeah, that's a good way to get me to want to check it out.
