So it's Thursday...when should we start making our predictions? I say if you make a prediction, give a score, too...just for fun. I just checked the spread...looks like it's Pats giving away a point.

Does anyone know the latest on the injured Seahawks? Sherman, et all.
Strike that: Looks like they had full participation in practice.

Seahawks 28 - Patriots 23
Seahawks defence will be the deciding factor, limiting Pats to field goals in some red zone chances and providing a turnover or two that lead to Seahawk points.

Filter out the media bullshit and go read the Football Outsiders previews. These teams are incredibly evenly matched and it should be a great game. The media has done its absolute best to ruin it for everyone.

If you don't root for one of these teams, you basically have two teams many people hate right now. It's pretty natural really to not be that excited. There's not that much to be excited about.
That said, outside of the predictable, boring same old story super bowl coverage. I think this has the potential to be a really good watch. Great defense vs what should be a great offense. Then again... wasn't that 2014 too?
Because most people won't give a shit, it won't matter that the majority of the people in the room with you will care far more about the commercials than the actual game.
The championship games are generally more exciting anyway, since the finale has become this big insular, corporate circle jerk for the NFL. Fining people.... because of their fucking hats. What are they NASCAR? Have a little fun.... corporate fucks.
The real story in the future, might be if media day were actually interesting. Two weeks off... is absolutely ridiculous.
