One thing I’m confused about with this whole narrative is that Trump was supposedly moving forward with the Moscow under the assumption that he would never win, yet he took all these steps to secure a victory. Those ideas don’t really line up with each other.

Maybe he didn't actually believe he was making good faith effort to win and his supporters were simply too stupid?

His endless “I am the problem” schtick is pretty phony, but it still cuts the legs off every character attack the Republicans try.

I’m still baffled that “he’s already admitted to lying for the president” is their entire case for why you shouldn’t believe his descriptions of lying for the president.
