For me the value in this is hearing someone as close to Trump as one can be verifying what a piece of shit and fraudster the guy is. Let's not pretend that anyone thought Trump wasn't at the very least a very shady character. I'm no expert on this, but it sounds like the whole company runs like an organized crime family, at least how they deal with the "system."

Also of note is the complete lack of defense of the president by Republicans. This is really laying bare the corner they've painted themselves into with Trump.

The documents, primarily. The confirmation of Trump’s involvement in the laundering of hush money payments, and the testimony regarding his awareness of Wikileaks/Stone’s teamwork for releasing emails stolen by russian hackers. Testimony that prior court documents seem to suggest investigators have corroborating evidence for.

Also the revelation of additional SDNY avenues of investigtion.
