Uncle VG took his two nieces to see Wizard Of Oz at the gorgeous national theatre Cervantes and bought a lot of candy for them to eat.

They were afraid of the witch and Oz but happy with Dorothy and her friends at the end.

But the real deal was that they were allowed to eat all the candy.

Hell yeah baller day

Saturday i grabbed my trusty 4 iron and went to the driving range. only hit a small bucket but out of that i laced all but 4 down the middle. granted i was taking maybe 50% swings and they were only going 150 yds but come sunday I had no soreness in the hip or anything.

At the moment both shoulders feel screwed, done something to my thumb and seeing my orthopedic surgeon next week about my knee....
Still have 4 weeks of this jiu jitsu challenge to go, and prepping to get my next belt. I'm not 100% if it's all achievable at this point
