One of my co-workers actually made this joke (for the first time) earlier today. I laughed hard, first person to bust it out.

The medical bills are finally starting to arrive. In case anyone was wondering, a 5 mile ride in an ambulance (no treatment really, just transport) costs about $725.

Actually I’m sure I’ll max my out of pocket on this so it doesn’t really matter. In that respect, maybe I’ll go ahead and get calf implants or something this year

I dislocated my left shoulder today. It's the fourth time. Probably going to have to bite the bullet and have surgery.

I forget what's torn in my shoulder as I had the MRI like ten years ago but it involves tightening an repairing the tissue. I'm guess mine is lax as hell after blowing it for the fourth time. This one wasn't even sports related. I opted against surgery in my 20s because the rehab is a bitch. You can't even lift a plate initially.

Plus I'm sure I already blew through my deductible at the hospital tonight so I might as well get my money's worth and get the surgery.

for the past two months i think i have had a hip pointer. havent had it looked at as i thought it was just "sore" from bad form on squats.
i can run ok on it (only mild mild slight discomfort) and i can do regular squats but anything that requires my leg at an odd angle i was feeling a bit of a shooting pain
im a little hesitant now to do heavy weights in case i re-injure it

No . The other day (Sunday) at Walmart , i was getting an item down from the top shelf and I did not ask for help .
The corner of the 4-jello packet doinked me right on the lip. It still hurts .
Plus then it rained

Honestly I will probably never play basketball again. My left shoulder is shredded. Even if I get surgery to tighten my shit up there is no way I'd risk fucking it up again.
