I tried the Wendy's chicken biscuit.
It's smaller than most chains' breakfast biscuit. The chicken is not a processed patty and the biscuit it soft, not hard and crunchy like some places. It's billed as a honey butter chicken biscuit and the honey butter is added like a sauce. It makes the biscuit sticky and does not add to the taste; a honey butter biscuit or chicken biscuit would be perfectly fine on their own but not combined. It's way better than McDonalds chicken biscuit but I still prefer ChickFilA for my morning biscuit.
Wendys does have breakfast potatoes, or home fries. They are quite tasty but I like any form of potatoes baked, fried, or roasted.
Hardees has good biscuits too but we don't have one near us.

The only Hardees in the Atlanta area I know of are on the outer edges of the suburbs away from the city.
And yes, Hardees & Carl Jr were owned by the same company (Carl Jr bought Hardees) but I think there are some minor menu differences. They split back into separate chains in 2018.

Yeah they're the same Doug. Only real difference is the Mexican food attached to them now. One is red burrito and one is green burrito

Closest one to me is in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Kind of a haul for a red burrito.
