Chilly Gonzales celebrates the 20th anniversary of Solo Piano with a new live recording of the songs that became known for evoking the dying genres of classical and jazz and dragging them kicking and screaming into the 21st century. The 20th anniversary version were recorded “live” in front of a small audience at the mythical Studios Ferber in Paris, on the very same piano where the 15 emblematic tracks, such as Manifesto, Gogol and Dot, were composed and originally recorded.

Really excited about this, especially having the opportunity to hear the whole album live in few months:


Only heard the album once so far, and I probably won't be listening to it much before the gig so that the song would still feel fresh when I see the trio live.
