Awesome! I think we're going to head there when we're downtown in a couple of weeks.
By the way, I'm working downtown on Friday and walking over to the place you just recommended. I'll let you know about the pastrami.
try to get there closer to 11 than 12. the place was getting packed as we left.

Finally tried Uchi, which is routinely called the best restaurant in Austin. Had some excellent sushi, and a main course of wagyu beef cooked on a hot rock. It was well worth the price.

i finally checked out the nando's peri peri that moved into our hood last year. i was intrigued and the concept isn't as fast foody as it is in australia. i may be back later this week for further investigation.
