So with all of these tech minds suddenly talking about slowing AI down, are we on the edge of being too late to turn back from SkyNet? Will the surviving humans look back on 2023 as the year it could have been stopped? Seems like this concern about AI has been somewhat "fringe" until just recently, yes?

Yud needs your help planning strike packages on all data centers globally. How many JADAMS would the average data center need to make sure all the GPUs are unusable?

There is no technical solution at this scale. A court order would tell them to shutdown their US operations and they would have to comply or face fines/asset seizure/jail.
