Bammer wrote:I just heard this morning that the latest double murder charge played out somethin like this. Allegedly.
Guy accidentally bumps into AH on dance floor of Boston area night club. May have spilled drink on AH. Did not apologize, not realizing he had bumped into him.
AH leaves, gets in his car with gun, and waits for guy to leave club.
Guy eventually leaves with 4 other guys. AH follows their car, pulls up beside at red light, and fires 5 shots killing 2 and injuring 1 other.
AH was disrespected to the point of his motive to kill.
Really showed 'em there AH, didn't ya?
You could make the argument that he did show 2 of them.

On the radio last night there was a caller saying Hernandez "probably" killed someone in Gainesville in a nightclub/bar incident as well (sorry if that's been mentioned earlier in this thread). Also that he was getting sued by the guy who was with him when he killed those two guys in 2012 because he shot him in the face over something. I have no idea if any of these things are true, but man is there a lot of stuff coming out of the woodwork.

So apparently the prosecution took 39 days to make their case, while the defense used less than one day...and it seemed to center around a crazy PCP hypothesis.

Juries are capable of doing anything but that doesn't seem like a winning strategy for Hernandez's side.

His fiancée, while trying to protect him while also trying to make sure she didn't fuck up her own immunity, did a lot more to hurt him than help him

I love how Hernandez pivots at the last second, and goes with the "scared kid" defense that Tsarnaev used.

DeSean Jackson now has a new mortal enemy.

"It was two-on-one, he was part of the two,” said one prison official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. A second source said the inmate was beaten in his cell and that it appeared “gang related.”
After the fight, prison officials found that the former NFL standout had been inked with a new tattoo that references the Bloods gang, the sources said.
"The victim in the fight was some absolute nobody. He was just trying to show he’s down with the Bloods, a scared man looking at life in prison,” a source said.

Im annoyed he gets to wear a suit to court. He should have to sit with doc issue and in shackles. He should also be forced to cover his new gang tat.

If he'd sided with the Crips - none of this would have happened. Rookie mistake

OJ 2, OJ 2, OJ 2, when you're rich the legal system doesn't apply to you!
Except he's still doing life for another murder charge, because he's a fucking piece of shit too.

If you watched OJ: Made in America (I bet you have, since you'd really like it), you'd know that Hernandez's case is nothing like OJ's.
