Used points for a flight and crashing with my bestest good friend out there.

Back the next day to Denver for the War on Drugs. Im going on tour!

Tonight! First solo show for me since 2009. If you told me Ed will form a band, record an album and tour before PJ announced rescheduled dates, I would have... well... I wouldn't have been all that surprised.

I don’t remember the ticket sale situation (10 Club?). The first half of the show was McCready playing with the Seattle Symphony - everyone definitely seated for that.

I did not get tix initially. Found one on Craigslist from a guy whose +1 couldn’t make it. Paid $100 cash. Our seats were up in the balcony. I watched the symphony part from there. Noticed lots of empty seats right up front. So at intermission I just walked down there and grabbed a spot in row 2. I texted the guy up in the balcony to join me but he was too scared. Yeah everyone was sitting down. I couldn’t take it anymore. Clearly everyone was just waiting for someone to do it. So I did it.

A great many RMers think that was a bad move. Fuck those guys.

It was a good move and I support you. It’s a rock show.

I got yelled at for standing at a white stripes show once.

What’s even worse was Counting Crows last summer everyone sat except for Mr. Jones and Rain King.

FUCK that. I stood the whole time.
