I just ordered 200 grams of the cheese that won the world championships in 2016, Kraftkar. Tasted it last weekend, and it was out of this world. Few things beat a really good cheese. I also ate a really great Manchego with a little jam and biscuit. Just hit the spot. Edam, Gouda, Chevre, Parmesan, Cheddar, Jarlsberg. What's your favorite?

Probably because it says "cheses" not "cheese" in the title. when in doubt, use an asterisk for a wildcard. Search for cheese*

Bought some small cheeses today. Tierno, Iberico Curado, Manchego El Pastoreo, Semicurado and a Chaumes, with two types of biscuit and two types of jam made for cheese.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. The english white cheddar with italian truffles that you can get at Trader Joe's is so delicious.

I kept reading that as “manure” and was wondering if it was really stinky or something.
