Yeah, I have nothing positive to say about this song. I'm not sure if it meets the technical definition or not, but when I hear people say the term "brickwalled" this is the kind of thing I think about -- all I hear are vocals, a relentlessly irritating snare drum with an obnoxious effect on it (by the end it starts feeling like the crack-pow-pssshht sound effect used in video games when someone gets punched), and a huge indistinct wall of nothing in between. Even in their imperfection, the other songs we've seen so far both had a certain hitmaker's panache to them that kept my ears turned on -- there were flourishes and dynamic choices all over them which reflected a musical thoughfulness (even if that thoughtfulness was driven by the sinister motives of industry supervillians in a board room) that just isn't present here. D+, though I do like all the muppet-like creatures in the video.

I thought this was "Believer" until I got about 2 minutes in and realized the chorus part I was expecting to come wasn't coming.

I posted the first song on Tuesday night in my time zone, and the next one midday Wednesday. So not quite a full day, but in my mind, at least two different days.

Mainly I posted the second one because it seemed like people were done talking about the first one.
