Fuck imax.
Always.
Just go see it in your normal cinema and get the middle seat front row.
Even better. And you save a bunch of money and no assholes playing with their phones or talking to their girlfriends or eating with their mouths open.
That said. This movie is so boring eavesdropping on the guy behind yous phone chat might be a welcome interlude
You'd think they could have livened the movie up with a few laser sword fights

i dont know what you guys do in your imax but here, we look at the movie and be quiet and respectful with one another.
Also, this thing was shot on imax and its meant to be seen on that format and i wanna see it without a cropped image.
Also, i saw the sequel trilogy on imax too dime.

There's this trend of seeing this movie and the new Barbie movie all in the same day.

yes. while a large part of it is in dutch (oppenheimer spoke dutch), it is subtitled.

I like the idea of this trend but can't imagine pulling it off unless I get an entire free day without the kids which hardly ever happens. Also Oppenheimer feels heavy enough on its own for one day to me.

He’s from Cork.
An accent best described by Tommy tiernan as ‘people from cork. They sound like tinkers trying to speak French’
Nothing good has ever come from Cork.
