Same here, and I'm feeling pretty emotional knowing others are experiencing this with me.

I'm going to be dancing and singing to this one in my living room and my cockatiel will look at me like I've been possessed

Someone said "Save You + Blood" and I think that's apt.

This is the "rock" hit people have wanted from Pearl Jam for the last 25 years. I can't believe they finally did it. Andrew Watt is probably reading this board tonight and laughing at how much we doubted him.

Which is crazy considering Dirty Frank was a bit of a lark, whereas DM has so much clear purpose. As others have said, everyone is playing their ass off on this.

I’m in love with it. Playing on repeat.
My ears are screaming with the old tinnitus now

Makes me wonder if Modern rock radio will play it and how much. I know I haven't heard new Pearl Jam on our rock station here or my old one in San Antonio, TX since... well hell, since DTE really. They played Brother for a bit but... I really hope they do, they deserve it.

I had to do a radical recalibration when Gigaton came out- the Pearl Jam sound was upgraded at that moment. It feels like I might have to do that again, which is just mindblowing.

this thing is very cleanly produced, it has echoey vocal filters like on Ten, but it sounds GOOD

For what it's worth I had my teenage daughter listen she is a casual fan -- more into Zach Bryan, Lumineers, kinda vibe but has been to a couple of shows and generally likes Ed's solo stuff better but her take was I like the overall energy and I really like the solo.

I’m no audiophile at all
But it sounds different on iTunes than it does to Spotify and sounds really muted on YouTube

The production is actually far more sensitive to their sound than I expected from Watt.
