i admit when it started i thought the same thing you did. but i actually think they should do it more often after that reaction

they killed it. i am not even sure eddie missed a lyric
…until Matt inexplicably decided to stop playing before Ed’s final “I will feel alive…as long as I am free”
They need to play Grievance and Breakerfall much more often.

This is the type of crowd (mostly diehards) you break out Footsteps for. It was electric.

Got to Give and Sleight of Hand, while I adore them, are really tough live. There is zero margin for error, especially on SoH.

You did not. Just watched that vid. Ed even turned around and gave him a what the fuck look.
Ed’s doing some real Stevie Wonder twitching on Sleight of Hand. Love that song. Hate that he felt the need to drop an f bomb in it.
Severed Hand was great!

I agree but a lot of the crowd, after singng at full throat for all the songs prior, couldn't quite match the different rhythm. They just change the crowd vibe a bit.

Are you people seriously questioning the ability of two-time Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame inductee Matthew David Cameron to know when a song is supposed to end? Ed obviously started his vocal too late and got the rest of the band behind where they were supposed to be making it look as if Matt were the culprit. Matt is blameless.
Play Cropduster

I’ve kinda cooled on Comatose thru the years but Severed Hand is fire. Love the attention it’s gotten this tour.
