Is it possible that Johnny Guitar started out as Johnny (Ramone's) Guitar Tech, and was about Ed's unrequited sexual desires towards him? And in the original lyric Ed wasn't actually jealous of Johnny (Ramone's) Guitar Tech, but was jealous of all the girls who got to sleep with Johnny (Ramone's) Guitar Tech? And then he changed the names and who the subject was jealous of because he was afraid of his true feelings being known?
