Okay, I think this is a joke.

Satisfied with the second version of my mix, will edit in Audacity over the weekend.

Obviously it's a joke Spenno. Since Yellow Ledbetter would only work closing a mix there's no transition problem with the star spangled banner.

Ok, guys. I've sent you all PMs with your partners. I have provided you with their screennames so feel free to look at their posts, analyze their tastes and tailor your mix accordingly... or ignore them altogether. Up to you.

Once you've completed your mix, please send it to me in PM. Remember that the mp3s should be blank-- no artist or song name. If you need any help or guidance whatsoever, please PM me. I can help you. I like doing this kinda shit.

One more time, here are the rules:

Spoiler: show

- You'll get a partner. Your partner will not know who is making their list.

- You can choose to tailor the mix to your partner's taste, or introduce them to new stuff, or make a mix designed solely for the purpose of annoying them. It's completely up to you.

- We're doing this digitally. The mixes should be on blank mp3s. That means that track and artist names should be removed. Please PM me if you need help with this.

- Mixes should be somewhere between 45 and 80 minutes long.

- Once you've crafted your mix, upload it to some file sharing site. There are plenty of free ones, like Dropbox or Copy, that allow for sharing links. If you need help with this, please PM me. I've got plenty of room in my Dropbox.

- Mixes should be ready and PM'd to me by December 24th. That gives you three weeks. That should be ample time to put something together.

- Once a mix have been given to you, it would be great if you could make time to write up a review of it. Everyone likes feedback. Even if you're not into it. Just don't be a dick.
Your partner will be revealed (if you haven't guessed who it is) once you've reviewed their mix.

pro tip. If you were looking to customize your mix for your recipient you can get a sense of what they like and know by just doing a topic title search for posts in their name, limited to OB.
