I liked it.
Its been a while since i last listened to it, but i liked the idea of going into something different than the previous one.
It felt adventurous, somehow new in some things..and in others it felt a little bit flat, but i was happy with it.
They seemed to finally gave up to be hip.

Fez, No Line and Magnificent are as good as anything they've done post-Pop.
Other than that, all I can say about that album is that it's better than ...Leave Behind and ...Bomb.

The first U2 cover I've ever heard that I genuinely thought, "Wow, that's just fucking great." He does a really fantastic job of capturing the tension and desperation in this song.

I take that back. The second U2 cover I've thought "Wow, that's just fucking great" about after Jack White's Love is Blindness. But I'd put this one in the same class as that one.

Jack White's version of Love is Blindness is one of my top 10 favorite things about being alive. And having ears.

I'm listening to Achtung Baby. I don't think I can ever listen to another U2 album again. At least not soon. This makes all the others seem fake, worse...inferior in every way.
What an incredible album.

Achtung Baby is a masterpiece, it their truly great album and one of the best ones from the 90s.

This single is okay, pretty typical of latter day U2. In a word, inoffensive.
It does sound like they had an idea with the last third of the song (from about 2:52) - which sounds pretty good to me.

I still think 'Breathe' off the last album was pretty good. This one's pretty average modern day U2 though...
Curious about the new album a bit. Not overly optimistic, but curious...

I love Breathe...the last album had some very cool moments.

I started my U2 journey with Boy and I have no regrets.
