Bought $300 worth of merchandise, said she'd be back to pick it up later that day. Assistant arrives a week later to pick it up. Definitely not even close to "worst customer" experience, but we'd get a lot of celebs and many would pull stuff like that (i.e., treat us like a locker for a few days). James Gandolfini was, by far, my favorite famous customer: very humble, chatted for a few, very friendly.
