New season trailer. Looks like it is more Quinn-heavy, which is a good thing.

Cool. Last season was really good, hope they can keep that type of momentum.

She didn't bug me nearly as much last season as the previous two. Quinn's got pretty good screen time already, but I'd definitely like more Saul involvement.

I would agree with this.

Carrie went from the most engaging character on TV in Season 2 to fucking annoying in Season 3. I think Season 4 was a solid rebound for her. More Saul would be great. I hope like hell they avoid the romantic subplot between Quinn and Carrie, that shit got old quick.

Yeah, I liked Quinn's curvy girlfriend in his apartment complex better anyway.

Wonder if they'll bring back the CGI Brody baby again.

I imagine baby Brody will get kidnapped at some point.

Thinking it might be best to make this season the last. Still a strong show in my rotation, but last night was a bit meh.

I don't get the channel, so I just realized this weekend that there were already 6 episodes out there for season 5. Very strange week to start a Homeland binge... far to real.

So far I'm enjoying this season more than S4.

This season's been really good, with the exception of the Quinn storyline dragging out far too long. At least the resolution to that looks like it'll kick all sorts of ass.

I'm really liking this season too. Carrie is just the right degree of crazy, and I thought it was well done when she "elected" to go off her meds.

My only issue so far (I'm at ep 6 I think) is that there isn't really an emergence of a prominent bad guy, like Abu Nazir or Haqqani from previous seasons. I need my evil to have a face... and if there is anything Hollywood has taught me, is that the evil face should be brown!

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

So how is the Laura Sutton reporter character? Well-written? Well-acted?
Is that your friend?
The reporter is probably the most out-of-place character/casting of the whole season. It's very unbelievable that she would be involved in some sort of CIA data leak in Germany and have the balls to expose a conspiracy.

I agree. It's a bad character.
