Inception had so many good ideas in the first half, then it turns into a poorly constructed action movie.

Nolan is a terrible director of action.

The first half isn't that good either. It takes a neat concept and bogs it down with mountains of bullshit and exposition.

yep, this. this was definitely one of the biggest disappointments of an anticipated movie in several years.
