For some reason i find concern with him playing a major villain. Dont we already have one? err, 4? Phasma, hux, ren, snoke....
And considering he's such a huge actor...?

He could be more of a Jabba the Hut type bad guy, not really associated with the dark side or whatever but in it for his own gains.

I'm betting he's Snokes main partner. The Sith rule is there's always two. Master and apprentice.
Or perhaps he's a bounty hunter

He's not yet though. Apparently in the canon books the Sith Lord would put two apprentices against each other and he'd pick the stronger one.
