There's something quite magical about the combination of Thom's voice, Colin's bass and whatever the fuck Jonny's doing. That's the Radiohead triumvirate right there for me.

The second verse has something going on underneath that I can't quite put my finger on.

I'm kinda with you. Maybe a headphone listen will help but right now this is leaving me just as cold as the last two albums.

I never thought I'd see the day I'd say Radiohead put out a crap song, yet here we are.

headphone listen sounds good

wondering if this is like an overturey thing that will manifest itself again later in the album ... and finally break hard

Every time I hear new Radiohead, which is never quite like anything we've ever heard before, I ask myself why Pearl Jam can't ever take a chance any try something different. And then I think, yeah ... Pearl Jam.

The beauty part is that it's new and exciting and amazing yet also completely familiar like an old friend.

It was a little underwhelming at first but it grows on me with every listen. I do think the album context will help this song a lot. With the way the orchestra screeches to a halt at the end... That could make for a great transition to the next song.

What a great song. It feels like the warmth and organic sound of In Rainbows filtered through the paranoia rampant throughout a record like Hail to the Thief. The strings certainly demand your attention in a way King of Limbs never did (or tried to, to be fair).

It just doesn't grab me. The strings only remind me of Viva la Vida, which doesn't help a bit. Also: needs more drums.

I'll still check out the album, but I'm hoping this is one of the weakest tracks in there.

This tune excites me way more than anything from Limbs did.
