It is, and I'm totally fine with that. It defies my expectations every week while still being totally believable and engaging. Love it. Example: I never really expected the hearse driver to be a suspect, and when they started spinning it that way I sort of said, "Aw, man..." But then they made him a weird MRA and made the stepfather a just as believable suspect 10 minutes later. If I was painting an ending for the series, Naz is either convicted or released based on a fair and balanced trial (which doesn't look good so far) and we never get real closure on the killer. That'd be bold for a series like this (individual episodes of other programs have left their conclusions ambiguous, but never something as drawn out), so I'm on board.cutuphalfdead wrote:This is getting weird.
Yeah I'm thinking Naz is going to be found guilty and we'll have other plausible scenarios and won't really know. Which is cool.Simple Torture wrote:It is, and I'm totally fine with that. I feel like that was out of order, almost--I could see him doing that after he started smoking with Freddie, but not before. It doesn't match up with the sort of mistakes he's making.cutuphalfdead wrote:Yeah I'm thinking Naz is going to be found guilty and we'll have other plausible scenarios and won't really know. I'm finding Naz's actions in prison to be more and more unbelievable. I get that he's adapting, and doing what he needs to do, but getting SIN tattooed on your fingers? He's smart enough to know that won't make him look innocent.
