I adore Brie Larson. I want this movie to be awesome. But I just don't know that I'll spend theater money to see it. We'll see. Maybe I'm wrong. But Black Panther was the first marvel movie I paid to see in a theater since Iron Man. I like a lot of the Marvel movies well enough. Some of them are really awesome. I just don't usually see them in the big dark room.

I’m pretty sure the deal with her hair thru the helmet is meant to mimic the cone-type thing that ran front to back of the the Kree helmets back in the comics.

I can't get over how great the deaging effects have gotten.

I'm super excited for this movie, and I think Bree Larson will be great (I like the strength and subtle playfulness we've seen in the bits and pieces we've gotten) but I don't know that this has been the greatest marketing campaign Marvel has ever done.

I wonder at this point how much of this is the new character issue. We haven't seen her in anything yet, so it's hard to compare my excitement for this as opposed to something where I can't wait to see what happens next to the characters. Really Guardians 1 may have been the only marvel movie where my anticipation was sky high for something I wasn't familiar with.
