And fat. I did some strength training and ran 2 on the treadmill yesterday. Sadly I now have 5 miles on the month to go with the 8 from last month

A bug is going through my kid’s school and I caught it. Woke up yesterday with a sore throat, today is full sinus congestion. I had a headache all morning that is just now easing blech.

Weird week for me.
Got to see two of my oldest friends, i know those guys for what, maybe 30 years? We have been trough lots of things together and we see each other maybe three times a year? but we communicate via group chat pretty often.
One of them recently separated (he has two kids) so we went to his new apartment and oh boy that place was a mess. He is a mess. He always lied about pretty much everything since he was a kid but nowadays you cant be really sure whats really going on.
He told us he almost committed suicide by ingesting lots of cocaine one night. But of course, didnt happen. He told us that he was exporting wine to mexico, but there was no bottle in sight. He told us his recent ex had a separate life and he found out about it, which i dont know if its true or not but rings weird to me.
Then, he ranted about women and men, politics, super weird stuff about drugs. Seems to have lost the plot completely, and its nothing new but i feel he will be worse now thats he is alone.
Kinda bummed me out really.

I tend to be attracted to crazy people so I can relate. It is definitely sad to watch people suffer. Especially difficult when you first start losing them. Why would there be bottles in sight if he exported them to Mexico? Seems like straight shooter to me.

He told us his ex wife kinda fucked up the last shipping ( she works at an importer office) and he could t sent it. The profits he told us were amazingly impossible.
