I would think not as it's still unauthorised sharing of an official release.

Yeah, that is probably the most commercial song they've ever made. Heavy production/layers in there.

I don't understand what I'm hearing. At all.
Is it the speed of sound effect? Are you feeling dizzy with a strong urge to vomit all over yourself?

If somebody had released this song in 1994-2002, I would have pointed to it and said "See, THAT'S exactly what Pearl Jam will never sound like."
**That's not a values statement. That's an explanation of what makes it confusing to hear for the first time.

I guess I'll wait till Friday if no one's able to rip it, but some impressions other than "MOR" would be nice. Or is that all this is? *gulp*

Pink Floyd was over-produced and cheesy, right? So I'm gonna need more.

I can't say it enough, but this is the most straightforward ballad they've ever done. Not sure if I like this or not. It's definitely nowhere near the league of Black as that song had some serious emotional release within the lyrics, music, and overall performance. This is just kinda there.

LYRICS:
Sirens
Hear the sirens…
Hear the sirens…
Hear the sirens… Hear the circus all go found
I hear the sirens… more and more in this here town
Let me catch my breath to breathe then reach across the bend
Just to know we’re safe, I am a grateful man
This light is pit, alive and I can see you clear
I could take your hand, and feel your breath
For feel that someday this will be over
I pull you close, so much to lose
Knowing that, nothing last forever
I didn’t care, before you were here
A distant laughter, with the ever after
But, all things change, let this remain
Hear the sirens… covering distance in the night
The sound, echoing closer, will they come for me, next time
Every choice, mistake I made, is not my plan
To see you in the arms of another man
And if you choose to stay, I’ll wait, I’ll understand
It’s a fragile thing, this life we lead, if I think too much, I can’t get over
When by the graves, by which we live our lives with death over our shoulders
Want you to know, that should I go, I always loved you, held you high above too
I studied your face, the fear goes away
It’s a fragile thing, this life we lead, if I think too much, I can’t get over
When by the graves, by which we live our lives with death over our shoulders
Want you to know, that should I go, I always loved you, held you high above too
I studied your face, the fear goes away
The fear goes away…
The fear goes away…

Yeah. What I said a couple pages ago about hoping they just really, really fucking go for it. They don't.

Completely true. Eddie sounds the best he's sounded in almost a decade. No issues with him, but the music is just a little.....bland.....????
