The final report is supposed to be about 700 pages long at least, so I would have to imagine that is not going to be full of Trump players being complete above board. If that's the case, where it's ethically unpalatable but not necessarily indictable, it makes sense that Barr would put out a quick summary if the key takeaways at their most simplistic look good for Trump. It's seems unlikely to me the final report will possibly look as good.
