did almost 15 miles of bike riding and some chinups
gotta stay shapely
170 appears to be my floor, which I'm fine with
now just gotta focus on the swedish penis enlargement
If your floor is 170 and your BMI is in the 22s, I think that's a solid place to be for some fun in the sun with a couple bikini clad ladies and a Coors Light beer.

yeah, I have. I'm too lazy (and unmotivated) to get out of bed to walk in the morning, and it's too hot to walk in the afternoon or evening.
