That's an extremely over dramatic characterization of what happened to Lin-Manuel Miranda.

Some people on Twitter: "Hey man, you shoulda put some black Hispanic people in your movie."

Miranda: "Oh yeah, sorry, man. I'll do better next time."

No one but FoxNews ever mentions it again.

Spielberg will make some minor slip in Puerto Rican culture. Some guy on Twitter will point it out. Conservatives who have been trashing him as a Hollywood liberal for decades will fly into this defense. His "cancellation" will be swiftly followed by another universally loved blockbuster.
